FIRST TIME USERS: You will need a copy of your current bill to assist you when signing up for this service.  Please print the Instructions for On-Line Bill Pay before you begin.  The instructions are easy to follow and will assist you through the process.  Please note that the District Code is “23” as this will be needed when you sign up.

NOTE: Payments made by 10:00 PM (CST) Monday thru Thursday will be posted to your account the following business day. Payments made Friday thru Sunday or Holidays will post the next business day. Customers must notify the office with CONFIRMATION number to avoid LATE FEES and/or DISCONNECTION OF SERVICE.
