Welcome to Payment Options
There are four methods of payments to choose from:
1. The convenient On-line Bill-Pay selection.
FIRST TIME USERS: You will need a copy of your current bill to assist you when signing up for this service. Please print the Instructions for On-Line Bill Pay before you begin. The instructions are easy to follow and will assist you through the process. Please note that the District Code is "23" as this will be needed when you sign up.

2. Automatic Bank Drafting
- Have your bill automatically drafted from your bank account on or about the 10th of each month
- Sign up using the Automatic Bank Drafting Form
3. Mail
- Mail in your payment to the P.O. Box address below
- Courier Service (UPS, Fedex) should be mailed to the physical address below
4. Drop-off
- Take advantage of our 24 hour Drop-Box located in the drive-thru lane of our office building
- Drop by our office during office hours
